Born: 1988, in Ghent (Belgium)
Residence: A very small town in a region called Meetjesland, namely Lovendegem (province of East-Flanders, Belgium)
Hobbies: Mostly watching moevies and travelling. Singing off course, but that’s a bit predictable. :D A nice walk is also always an option, together with the dog or with friends.
Favourite singers/bands: I like rather different styles of music. It goes from Heavy Metal, over Poprock, to Jazz and Blues. My all time favourite bands are Megadeth, Soilwork, Children of Bodom, etc. But, if we are talking about singers, I mostly take example to Aretha Franklin, Tony Kakko, Anouk, Jeff Buckley, etc.
Musical Biography: As a child, I already loved singing. When my teacher, in primary school, heard my singing, he asked me if I wouldn’t sing in the school choir. I did this, with a lot of enthousiasm, for about 2 years.
During college, there wasn’t much singing going on. Until I reached the age of 17, and I became the singer of a metal band, ‘Thonor’. I sang in this band for about 3 years and we had a few gigs.
A few years ago, I met Ozzy McDrake, and he showed me the way in the land of music. Together with him, I did a few small projects. And through him, I also ended up in Gabriel Scar’s band project.
